Fodor's Review:

This establishment opposite the Parliament Buildings, part of a Canadian chain, has standard and business-class rooms (the latter come with continental breakfast and nightly appetizers and drinks). Concrete hallways and a rather dreary lobby are less than appealing, but the rooms are large and have undergone a face-lift. The hotel occupies the first 12 floors of a tall office complex next to the convention center; views of Vieux-Québec are limited to the higher floors. The heated outdoor pool is open year-round.
