Mamita's Beach Club Review
Accessible by way of Calle 28, this is Playa's hottest spot to catch some rays. For $3 you can rent an umbrella or chair, and $20 will get you a king-size bed in the sand. A day in the sun can get pricey though; expect to pay around $12 for a cocktail and $5 for a beer while listening to a famous DJ or conversing with young singles. Facilities include a dive shop, swimming pool, lounge bar, and dressing room. Guests can also enjoy beach volleyball or swim in the small club pool. Amenities: food and drink; toilets; water sports. Best for: partiers.
