Clínica Viera, on Avenida Cristobal Colón, accepts walk-ins around the clock. Drugstores are found everywhere in the city. Farmacia Rosna has English-speaking staff on duty daily 9 am to 7 pm. Pharmacies take turns staying open all night, so check the schedule on the door of any shop to locate the nearest open one. The U.S. Embassy is on the eastern edge of Colonia Palmira.
