This sophisticated, Moroccan-inspired restaurant lives up to its name: it's tangy, tart, and refreshing. The intriguing menu offers sophisticated world cuisine, ranging from a Moroccan-style hamburger served with spicy harissa mayonnaise to Indian chicken curry in coconut milk, sweetened with dried plums, to a tuna tartare served with a peppery Thai sriracha sauce and a seaweed salad. There's a soupçon of French flavor, too, with garlicky escargots, moules
marinières (mussels) with a touch of curry, and steak frites (steak with french fries). New on the menu is a dish of scallops in a creamy orange and sun dried-tomato sauce scented with sage. Desserts are among the best in the country; if you like chocolate, don't pass up the divine Choco-Choco flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Choose from tables in the elegant dining room, on the torch-lighted terrace, or in the riverside garden. In the high season great-value, three-course lunch specials are available until 5 pm.
