One of Montezuma's best restaurants, Ylang-Ylang is nestled between the beach and the jungle. The lunch menu—a selection of sushi, salads, and sandwiches—makes it well worth the 10-minute walk down the beach. The inventive dinner menu ranges from a Thai-style teriyaki tuna steak and stir-fries to penne in a seafood sauce. There are also various vegan and raw live dishes. Whatever you choose, you'll want to save room for one of the scrumptious desserts, such as the tiramisu espresso crepe. At night, they provide free transportation from the Sano Banano, in town.
