Miss Edith is revered for her flavorful Caribbean cooking, vegetarian meals, and herbal teas for whatever ails you. Back in the old days, she served on her own front porch; she's since moved to more-ample surroundings on an easy-to-miss side street at the north end of town. A bit of the mystique disappeared with the move, but her made-to-order dishes—rondón (stew of vegetables and beef or fish) and spicy jerk chicken—are good no matter where they are served.
You can get breakfast here too, except on Sunday.
