A delightful gazebolike glass pavilion in the middle of the manicured garden courtyard of the Four Seasons is by far the ritziest restaurant in Sultanahmet (and one of the most expensive). The seasonal menu has Turkish and international specialties, with an emphasis on seafood and lamb at dinner; the lunch menu is lighter, featuring sandwiches, pizzas, and salads. For dessert, try one of the unique and decadent creations on the ice-cream menu, consisting of exotic flavors made in-house. On Sunday, the restaurant's brunch buffet (99 TL; no buffet during Ramadan) draws crowds from across Istanbul.
