Fodor's Expert Review Tasca Casa Paco

One of the few Spanish restaurants in the resort, this is a favorite with locals and visitors. Inside is small and narrow, in traditional Spanish bar style. There's no menu: the daily tapas are displayed at the counter. Paella cooked Murcian style (with chicken, pork, and king prawns) is available every day, as are queso viejo (extra-aged cheese) and succulent jamón ibérico (Iberian ham). You can choose from tapas or larger raciones. Don't leave until owner Paco has regaled you with a song, accompanied by guitar.
