Fodor's Review

Established in 1881, the Bunnahabhain (pronounced Boon-a-hain) Distillery sits on the shore, with dramatic views across to the Paps of Jura. This is one of the milder single malts on Islay, since peat enters its production process for only a few summer weeks. The distillery tour is informative and enthusiastic. You can upgrade to a more elaborate tour when you reserve ahead.
