This floating restaurant moored within sight of the Hermitage offers spectacular views as well as a buzzy dining scene on weekends. At other times, the glassed-in dining salons are calm oases in which to linger over a candlelit dinner of wonderfully fresh seafood before being whisked away to your hotel in one of the restaurant's water taxis.
