Palheiro Golf. Memorable views of the island's southern coast are the hallmark of Palheiro Golf, a delightful Cabell Robinson–designed course built high on the mountainside. Inevitably there are great changes in elevation, and although it is possible to walk this course, the sensible option is to take a cart. A handicap certificate is required here.
