Despite the businesslike, anonymous name, this is a welcoming and comfortable modern hotel with snug, stylish rooms and lots of flowers and plants, so the overall feeling is spruce and nicely kept. They have family rooms, in case you're traveling with children. This place is particularly handy for Museumpark and strolls along the Westersingel. Enjoy the buffet breakfast before setting out.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Why? Where do I begin? The maid who attended to my room (one of the hotel's two "suites") did such a great job that upon check-in there was actually money left lying on the floor - yes, money. If she didn't pick up money from the previous night's guest, do you think she's going to pick up any dirt or debris? The bathroom was completely devoid of soap, shampoo, or any other typical bath
products. And the room itself was dingy, and dark, decorated with only one bizaare Dali-esque poster featuring elephants and naked women. Oh, and the hotel overlooks two narrow alleys that haven't seen the sun in god knows how many years. This place is an absolute mess.
