Too popular to be incognito, this Nine Streets mainstay is now referred to by its address, the coordinates of which fall right where hiply understated intersects with charmingly pretentious. The '70s-style decor and dim-sum-y menu attract advertising types, but a housecat named Jippie keeps all the anonymity in check.
