Food / Candy, Wines / Spirits, Piazza del Popolo
Fodor's Review:
Buccone is a landmark 1800s wineshop inside the former coach-house of the noble town house. Its 10 layers of shelves are packed with quality wines and spirits ranging in price from a few euros to hundreds of euros for rare vintages. The old ambience has been preserved with the original beamed ceiling and an antique till and ice compartment. You can also buy sweets, biscuits, and packaged candy; light lunches are available every day and dinner at weekends.
