Fodor's Review

One of Rome's most soigné hotels, the d'Inghliterra houses this symphony in beige marbles and classic columns. This spot is geared towards jet-setters and hotel guests—it's got orario continuato, or nonstop operating hours, from 10 am, so snacking or having a late lunch is a possibility here. Though its menu is "global," some of the dishes are simply international misfires, so it's best to select from among the authentic northern Italian meat and southern Italian

seafood dishes. Safe bets include glazed boar with polenta, seafood soup, or a classic pasta dish. Tables are close together, but perhaps you won't mind eavesdropping on your supermodel neighbor.
