Fodor's Expert Review Eumelia

A working farm near a village 45 minutes outside of Sparta provides a rare chance to experience rural Greece, while enjoying handsome bunglow accommodations, homecooked organic meals, yoga sessions, and easy excursions to Monemvasia and other places of interest in the southeastern Peloponnese. Guests are invited to partake in olive picking, grape stomping (August and September), and other activities on the farm, which has been in the family since the 1890s. Of course, if you'd rather, you can simply enjoy the serene surroundings and a glass of the farm's own natural wine.
