Fodor's Review

Perched next to the waters of scenic Lake Vouliagmeni, this traditional fish taverna has been serving the best of Greek fishermen's catches since 1889. Despite a renovation, the restaurant still exudes the aura of its golden years, when it was the leading star in the galaxy of Attica seaside entertainment spots dubbed the "Athenian Riviera." Located on the seafront, with wonderful views of crystalline, aquamarine waters, Lambros remains legendary for its mussel rice (mydopilafo),

its seafood pasta, and its grilled fresh fish (with prices ranging from €50–€70 euros per kilo) that arrives daily from all parts of Greece.
