Berlin Restaurants

Facil Review

One of Germany's top restaurants, Facil is also the most affordable and relaxed in its class. The elegant, minimalist setting—with exquisite wall panels and a Giallo Reale patinato floor all set under a glass roof that opens in summer—and the impeccable, personal service highlight experiencing one of the six-course dinners. The inspiration varies, but is now a careful combination of German classics with some Asian inspiration. Seasonal dishes include goose liver with celery and haselnuts, char with an elderflower emulsion sauce, or roasted regional squab. Don't hesitate to ask sommelier Felix Voges for advice, as he certainly ranks among the most knowledgeable in his art.
