Château La Villatade Review
Ensconced in this sprawling wine estate, far from Carcassonne's madding crowd, you can enjoy La Villatade's exceptional reds (notably the special "Rituel") and gentle prices while drinking in amazing views of Montagne Noire from one of the many terraces. At this delightfully serene retreat, Sophie and Denis Morin—the ever-hospitable (and English-speaking) owner-vintners—offer charmingly casual rooms, although many guests prefer the separate Wine and Courtyard Cottages housing up to eight people.
- Address: 15 km (10 miles) north of Carcassonne, Salleles, Carcassonne, 11600
- Phone: 04-68-77-57-51
- Website: www.villatade.com
- Location: Carcassonne
Contact Information
- 2 rooms, 1 villa, 1 cottage.
