Overlooking the largest square in Antibes's Old Town, this onetime abbey now has seven rooms complete with exposed beams, canopy beds, and lovely antique furniture. The dining room and the arbor garden are informed with the same impeccable taste; the menu allures with fresh seafood inventions such as rascasse (rock fish) sausage with mint, as well as bouillabaisse and duck grilled over wood coals. The restaurant is closed Monday and for Tuesday lunch.
