Fodor's Review

Beneath the fortified city lies the largest natural cave in the Périgord Noir. You won't see wall drawings, but prehistoric bison and rhinoceros bones have been discovered here, and you can visit the 500-yard-long illuminated galleries, which are lined with impressive stalactites. The view of the countryside upon exiting the dark cave is stellar.
