With its glass-and-steel framework, this former florist's shop just north of the town center makes a charming conservatory dining room, full of plants and twinkling with lights in the evening. The menu concentrates on the best of Oxfordshire produce. You could start with a roasted squash and sage soup and continue with such dishes as pollock with pink fir potatoes, wild rocket and speck pizzetta, or pork, venison, and lamb chops from the charcoal grill. Prune and sherry ice cream and a blood orange tart make fine desserts. There's an affordable lunch and early supper menu, too.
