TerraVina Hotel Review
The outstanding Modern British food and impressive wine list make this small and select boutique hotel outside the city a mecca for foodies. The public areas invite lingering with their mix of contemporary and period furnishings, while guest rooms—decorated in lively colors with clean lines —are spacious and have thoughtful touches like espresso machines. The three ground-floor (and more expensive) rooms have private patios; four others have terraces. The California wine country-themed restaurant uses organic ingredients. The hotel's location on the edge of the New Forest makes it well placed for excursions.
