noma Review
Dark oak tables, wooden floors, and chairs with lamb-fur accents are a rustic interpretation of Nordic luxury that's appropriate to the setting—a former warehouse on the waterfront. This restaurant is at the vanguard of new Nordic cuisine and is one of Denmark's most highly acclaimed. Chef Ren Redzepi and his innovative team marry the best local ingredients like berries, mushrooms, vegetables, and herbs with game, Jutland marsh lamb, and Faroe Islands scallops. Dishes from the seven- and 12-course tasting menus are served with complementary wines. Three-, four-, and seven-course lunches are also on offer. The wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive.
