Fodor's Expert Review Sontacchi Boutique Winery Hotel

This B&B in the center of Kutjevo is a great mix between a smart boutique hotel and a family-run inn; the Sontaki brothers, Anton and Kruno, will take care of everything you need, including lending you a bike to get around and arranging tastings at local wineries (including their own). The rooms are decorated with original furniture from when their grandfather operated a butcher shop here, and the courtyard is a nice place to end a day with a glass of wine; try their unique red, Kitokret. Base yourself here for a couple of nights to explore the area, including nearby Papuk Nature Park.
