The friendliest staff and what might be the best breakfast buffet in town—see to it that your schedule allows you to savor the spread—make this exclusive boutique hotel a worthwhile choice. The property also pays homage to the top winemakers of Austria, and rooms are named after Austria's best winemakers, with a bottle of the vintner's wine inside (sorry, not included in the room price). The spacious, high-ceiling, ultramodern guest rooms have polished wooden floors and accent wood walls, with warm orange, yellow, ocher, and cream colors. Pros: top marks for staff; unbeatable breakfast; top-floor penthouse suite has its own terrace—book way ahead. Cons: awkward spiral stairs from street to reception area (elevator starts at reception).
