The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach, offers luxurious, high-rise condos, rented out when the owners are not in residence. Depending on the owner's personal style, they can be downright fabulous. For extra privacy, separate elevators serve only two apartments on every floor. All units have large living and dining rooms plus fully equipped kitchens with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. All have sweeping vistas, but upper-level residences showcase Anguilla, Simpson Bay, and Basses Terres. The fitness center boasts a gym with sauna, whirlpool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The megachic Dior Spa overlooks the huge indoor swimming pool. Pros: great views; good for families; close to Maho casinos and restaurants; tight security. Cons: it's apartment living, so if you're looking for resort-y or beachy, this is not your place; there is a concierge, but no other hotel services; no restaurant.
