Fodor's Expert Review Le Cheyenne

Guadeloupe Dance Club

Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.

Le Cheyenne is a dramatic, Native American–theme disco that continues to draw the crowds. Look for the sculpture of a Cheyenne chief over the grand entrance. It's open every night and on weekends; there's a cover charge when the basement disco is open. With two separate sections, one caters to the young crowd—heavy on the techno—and the other is for the ageless. It has an attractive restaurant named Bora Bora that was originally designed for Pacific Rim cuisine. It has gone over to creole, with an emphasis on seafood, and serves from 8 pm until midnight, until 2 am on le weekend. Now it offers pizza, sandwiches, and salads—just enough fuel to keep the dance machines going! The Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier Boutique is open every night. Models—gals and guys—walk the runway wearing sexy swimwear and beach togs for the stellar fashion shows. The crowds are loving it!
