This eco-chic, boutique hotel at the marina is the buzz in St. Francois for its unique decor; recycled wood and driftwood are juxtaposed with ultra-contemporary Euro furnishings and gauzy, salmon-hued drapes. Its 43 guest rooms and 11 duplexes appeal to singles, couples, and golf buddies, as it is just across from the recently revitalized golf course. (Guests get a 10% discount on greens fees.) Rooms with balconies overlooking the pool and the marina are the best options. Large flat-screen TVs have international channels, and George the barman at the "recycled" bar mixes perfect mojitos. A breakfast buffet is served on the terrace and if guests want eggs to order there is a small supplement. This dining area is an extension of the full-service bar. Tapas, both small ones as well as medium size plates, mainly seafood with a puree side, are now available between 5 and 11 pm in high season. Consider the spacious duplexes.
