Enjoy the good life at this upscale condo complex, the snazziest on Kite Beach, as you sit at the pool, shaded by a golden market umbrella, and watch the parade of multicolored surf-kites over the big blue ocean. You can take out a kayak or bodyboard or just bob around with a pool noodle. The attractive, modern condos have expansive terraces and outdoor dining areas. The interiors are even better, with fully equipped Italian designer kitchens that are great for those who want to stay in for dinner. The four-bedroom, four-bath, 4,000-square-foot penthouses are tastefully luxurious and worth the extra money if you have a larger family or group. Mind you, even the two-bedroom condos are 1,800 square feet. A concierge can arrange pre-arrival grocery stocking and nanny service.
