Set in a storied plantation estate and on a beautiful beach, Blue Bay's accommodations range from luxury apartment–style rooms to stand-alone villas and bungalows—hillside or beachfront. On-site dining includes one main restaurant, three beach bars, and a bakery, but all rooms also have full kitchens for in-room meals. It's an attractive outpost for golfers as it crests a seaside 18-hole course, and divers take full advantage of the on-site PADI dive center and a wall dive right offshore. Families will enjoy the calm surf for swimming and snorkeling, and there's a playground and Blue Bay Kids Club to keep wee ones busy as well. Breakfast plan can be added for a fee.
