Just a half-mile from Kralendijk is Klein (meaning little) Bonaire, a pristine and totally uninhabited and protected island with a postcard-perfect white-sand expanse called No Name Beach. It’s surrounded by a vibrant coral reef, which makes it an ideal snorkeling spot. There are no facilities and little shade, so bring all you need with you, including reef-friendly sunscreen and water. It’s easily accessible via the frequent water taxis that depart from Nautico Marina right downtown. Fares are typically $25 round-trip. Amenities: none. Best for: snorkeling; swimming; sea turtle spotting.
