This delightful establishment is an oasis of chic. The historic house offers cozy private rooms and a large courtyard, which always seems to be buzzing. The menu encourages diners to forget the main course and order a series of starters, but such items as stewed veal cheek with crispy sweetbreads are worth the splurge. A four course chef's menu is available as well. The restaurant is just a few steps away from the Tourism Corporation Bonaire office.
