"Good Old Bajan Cooking" is the slogan at this really casualrestaurant in the Gap, and that's what you can expect. Of course, you'll want to start everything off with a chilled rum punch. Then whet your appetite with some local appetizers such as buljol (marinated codfish seasoned with herbs and onions), sweet plantains stuffed with minced beef, pumpkin-and-spinach fritters, or deep-fried fish cakes. The menu includes flying fish stuffed with local vegetables, grilled chicken breast in a Malibu Rum sauce, catch of the day bathed in a creole sauce, and jerk pork. Rum cake, flambéed bananas, and bread pudding with rum sauce are traditional desserts.
