This quintessential Anguillian beach barbecue is on the sands of pretty Cove Bay. Lounges with umbrellas await on the beach. If your idea of the perfect summer lunch is a roadside lobster roll, try the one here, served on a home-baked roll with a kick of hot sauce. Dinner includes lobster fritters, grilled tuna with lemon-caper butter, and rum chicken. On Saturday afternoon, a popular local band enlivens the laid-back atmosphere, and on Sunday this is party central; there is entertainment every day but Thursday.
