Domain to Mt. John Lookout track. At the Tekapo Information Centre you can pick up a walking-trail map and then take off to hike the Domain to Mt. John Lookout track. In a couple of hours you can be well above the township, enjoying extensive views of the Mackenzie Basin, Southern Alps, and Lake Tekapo.
