Diners enjoy the work of one of Fiji's finest kitchens in the two cozy dark-wood open-air seating areas around the resort's bar. All-inclusive for guests, the set-menu lunches and dinners include a choice between three appetizers, three or four entrées, and three desserts. Satiate your appetite with Savusavu Bay Pearl Oyster shells with seared scallops on salad followed by Australian beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon with roasted pumpkin, baby potato, and zucchini and a choice of Chasseur or Figaro sauce. Dessert might be orange cream caramel or tiramisu. Vegetarians will find at least one tantalizing option at every course.
