La Fontaine Review
Named for its central fountain, this elegant restaurant is the resort's culinary showpiece. In 2011, it received a complete re-fit, reopening with a fresh ambience and a revamped, Modern Australian menu. La Fontaine diners now have the option of sitting outside; book early and you can reserve a dining platform over the swan pool. A private dining room—with the option of designing your own menu, in consultation with the resort's executive chef—is available year-round (minimum 4 people).
