Fodor's Expert Review De Syloia Hotel

A true French Quarter boutique hotel, the colonial–style De Syloia is small but fashionable, with wooden furniture, large beds, and cream-color linens in the well-appointed and well-maintained rooms. The restaurant, Cay Cau, serves some Western dishes, but you're better off ordering from the Vietnamese section. Because the hotel is often fully booked you should make reservations well in advance.
