Moti Mahal Delux Review

This old-fashioned family restaurant serves North Indian comfort food. It's a knock-off of an Old Delhi classic, Moti Mahal, but some say the food here is even better. The meal of choice is butter chicken, otherwise known as chicken makhni, a tomato-based Punjabi classic that sticks to your ribs. The basic chicken curry is also good. There's no plain rice here; the so-called "plain pulao," zesty rice made with cumin and a kick of its own. All meals are served with spicy little pickled onions.
