Fodor's Review:

The most impressive cultural event is Lijiang Impression, produced by internationally acclaimed mainland director Zhang Yimou (Red Sorghum, Raise the Red Lantern). He takes Lijiang's Dongba culture and beautiful surroundings as his muse. Set at the base of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and using the mountain as an integral part of the scenery, this music and dance performance makes full use of its spectacular location. Tickets for the show, which takes place daily at 1:20, are Y190.
