Fodor's Review:

This modern business hotel has a nice location overlooking the river. The lobby is very chic, with its sunny atrium and glass elevators that whisk you up to your room. Clean and spacious, the rooms are decorated in shades of cream and tan. The formal restaurant serves excellent Chinese cuisine, and a small café attracts homesick expats and stylish locals with its Western-style dishes.
