When to Go

Peak Season: June to September

During the dry season rain hardly ever falls. Daytime temperatures reach into the upper 20s C (80s F) and balmy evenings stay in the low 20s C (70s F).

Off Season: October to November and February to May

The island has two rainy seasons; rainfall is lighter in October and November. The southern mountains receive more rain than those in the north.

Shoulder Season: Late December to early February

This is the islands’ other dry season. Rain is less frequent and daytime temperatures reach around 30ºC (mid 80s F).
