Hyatt Regency Review

Casablanca's most conspicuous hotel occupies a large site next to Place des Nations Unies. The luxurious rooms have thoughtful touches like large executive desks and comfortable armchairs. Those on the top floors have some of the city's most spectacular views of the Hassan II Mosque. The bathrooms are splendid, with beautiful separate tubs and glass-door showers. There are plenty of dining options: Asian, Mediterranean, Moroccan, a Parisian-style bistro, and poolside; the Hyatt's inovative Cafe M is one of the best restaurants in the city.
