In the medina's "spice square," this little café has set a trend in recent years, and copycat cafés have sprung up with woven stools and low wooden tables. The original teeters over three levels and has a great rooftop view over the veiled women selling basketware and woolly hats below. Suitably enough, it offers spiced tea and cinnamon coffee along with a good complement of juices and light snacks. The same owner also runs , a small restaurant tucked into a courtyard
in the north of the souks.
