May I add there is a probiotic called "florastor" which can be used if you sort of feel out of whack. You can get it OTC.

its worked quite well for me.

Not sure if you are taking malaria prophylaxis. Having been to India 8 times we have I recommend seeing a travel doc or clinic before you go to see what the latest precautions are.
