Porlamar hot spots come and go with alarming frequency, but one place that seems to have settled in for the time being is Señor Frog's, the mustard-yellow Mexican restaurant (the one near the Hilton with a fake cow hanging from its roof) that transforms itself into a lively dance club at night.
