Restaurants

Restaurant reservations are seldom needed except during school, Easter, and summer holidays (July, January, and February). Attire is informal, and tipping is the same as in the rest of the country (about 10%). Most menus will feature regional dishes such as trucha, the salmon-like trout commonly found in the lakes and rivers of the district, as well as cordero (lamb), ciervo (venison), and jabalí (wild boar).
