One of the best-value lodgings in Leavenworth is smack in the heart of downtown and offers modern and comfortable rooms with all of the usual amenities and a bit of chintz added for decoration. Breakfast—with fresh fruit juice, cereal, yogurt, pastries, and rotating hot entrées—is served in the lobby, but you're welcome to take it to your room or outside on the inn's terrace. This family-run motor lodge in the laid-back town of Manson is just a 10-minute walk from the shore of Lake Chelan and several tasting rooms and restaurants. Although the rooms are a little dark, and the decor is a bit dated, it's a convenient base for wine touring and exploring the region. In addition to standard rooms, there are family suites with kitchenettes.

The rooms and cabins are comfortable but not fancy here, and the inn's riverfront location and amenities—including picnic tables, hammocks, a playground, and lawn games—make it a popular place to stay, especially for families.
