The happy marriage of an upscale cocktail lounge in a former East Side dive bar makes Wonderland one of Austin’s top laid-back locales for great drinks in a casually cool environment. The brainchild of local celeb craft cocktail guru Jason Stevens, the drinks are layered with flavor and thoughtfulness, and are beautifully executed. Motown tracks play through antique speakers, and if you need a snack, step over to the on-site Asian-fusion food trailer, ESK Thai-Kun, for a few bites inspired by James Beard Award-winning chef, Paul Qui.
